I visited the Akshaya e-Center this morning to make changes to my brother's ID card, but I was extremely disappointed with the service and the attitude of the management and staff. The entire experience was marred by their arrogance and rudeness. From the moment I entered, the staff members seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist me. When I approached them for help with changing the details in my brother's ID card, they displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Their behavior was condescending, and they showed no empathy towards my situation. Not only did they refuse to help me, but they also treated me with disrespect. It was disheartening to see such behavior from the people who are supposed to provide assistance and guidance. As a customer, I believe it is crucial to receive courteous and helpful service, especially when dealing with sensitive matters like identification cards. The behavior I encountered at the Akshaya e-Center was unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope the management takes note of this review and addresses the need for improvement in their staff's behavior and customer service. I strongly recommend looking for alternatives if you value respectful and efficient service

Very good service. The staff here were very patient & helpful despite the large number of people coming here to avail various services. I went for editing Aadhar details and it was very good experience. I had to wait some time due to rush, but it was understandable. The only drawback according to me is that there are very few chairs available for people who are waiting. Most of the time you have to stand. They accept Google pay for payment.

Very bad service, too much rush and waiting, the staff over there have an attitude as if they aadhaar is created by them and they are some kind of government staff!!!!. I went to update my children's mandatory biometric update there. 1st time, they did not tell me that I need an application to be filled. 1hour duration 2nd time, too much crowded, I took the application from with me to fill it and arrive before the centre opens.15 min duration 3rd time, I reached there at 9am, the centre was closed, at 9:30-45 the centre opens, there were around 10 customers, only one person available, net the supervisor tell me, come back at 11:30, the person responsible has not come. , 2 hour duration 4th time , I do there at 11:30am, they say system.is slow, they change the laptop, they plug in new laptop and then take another half hour and then they day the portal is slow. 45min duration 5th time I go there after 1 week later, around 12pm, they say they have a camp and come next day. 15 min duration 6th time, i go there, my application is 3rd from the top, I assume there are 10-15 applications, I wait there almost for 1hour, the process is too slow, system not working, camera has black and white imaging it seems, slow internet or what so ever. Then I felt it's too much of my time wasted. I left the centre without having my children's biometric update. I raised to them that I am leaving the country and u came 5 times without and success This is my personal experience, dont have.muvh to.momment further, the authorities need to act!!!! The rush and the crowd there I would say is the of the reasons of people have close contact and Covid 19 spread. These kind of enterprises should be given a proper warning to close down.

Customer service of this Akshaya center should be taken very seriously and should be improved asap. The customers are treated very unrespectfully. They consider the customers as illetrate fools and shows attitude like as if they are holding doctorate degrees.
