Great service. Very straight forward and clear answers to all our queries. We had gone to the Akshaya center in Kouser complex before this and they were unwilling to help us with Aadhar name update. They kept saying additional documents required. But at this center the request was placed within 30mins using the documents we had and we even got our new aadhar (Digital Copy) within 48hrs.

Went for aadhar update.. The staff was so rude and informed original certificate was required. After bringing the original document he asked why I laminated it and cannot be accepted.Atleast the management should put up a staff who knows why Every1 laminates important documents..

There was one male staff and a female staff, both were thorough professionals, their patience has been commendable. The system was down and people were agitated but both these staff handled the situation very calmly. My patience proved worth when the system kicked jn and I got jy update done

Customer friendly and fast action. I am happy about their service. Experienced staff and job knowledge. Recommended for visit when necessary. I am fully satisfied.

Very bad experience...attitude of the lady was horrible ....and didn't know anything....

It's on the highway. Easy to reach. It's on the first floor and the steps are slightly steep. The people there are friendly.

I'm totally fed with the staff..they will not complete one work and release the customer.. attending many at one time..and it may take more than 3 hours to complete
