The person from the upstairs office is a rude person , very bad behaviour, behaving like a market rowdy. Lack of knowledge. I received the aadhar with old photo after updating and when asked to this cheap behaviour staff , his reply was totally unprofessional with inappropriate reply. He himself doesn't know how the process works and just barks. I wonder who appointed this kind of person to Akshay centre. This happened on 2023. The person I mentioned is who sits at first chair at the entrance of the first floor Akshay office at kousar complex. I don't know about other customers but I have very very bad opinion and bad review on that guy and I wish and request the responsible authorities to take proper action and replace this guy. Thank you...

Staff are incompetent. We went for Aadhar name updation. They opened their upstairs office (which handles Aadhar related queries) only at 10:20am. We were the first ones to enter and the guy just reviewed our request and said we need to get additional documents (Gazet receipt for name change) which would have cost us a lot more time and money. He said the system will not accept our name change request without this receipt. We left, and went to another Aadhar center (in Pallikunnu) and submitted our request in 30mins without needing any additional documents.

A worst organised center with no proper attention or follow token system, staff not aware of proper details of many services. Avoid going there.

Pathetic place where people doesn't follow covid protocol...very slow on turn around time....there is an specialist for each work hence delay happen... train everyone in each work so that people don't have to wait so long...and follow protocol...it will help people and your employees...

Visited this centre for updating my Aadhaar details. Very neat office. The update process took less than five mins. Keep it up!

Waited a week for my infant's adhar for taking a medical and still not showing up in database. This is the response uidai gave. Uidai says operator didn't upload, Operator says Uidai software has occasional issues. Anyone who applied check status regularly

Worst akshaya , they don't even change token system roll paper and eventually crowd made issue yesterday

After reaching the counter, waiting for almost 1 hour they say the photo needs to be changed in the form, get a new form.
