*1/5 - Extremely Poor Experience* I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this center. The staff's behavior is rude and unprofessional. They don't listen to your requirements and instead, ask you to wait for a minimum of 2 hours. Even after waiting, they often respond with a simple "Not Possible!" I've witnessed many people wasting their time here, only to leave frustrated and empty-handed. My personal experience was no better. I visited this center 10 days in a row to change my KSEB address, and each day, I was given a different excuse. The final straw was when I was told that the website was not working. When I asked them to check again, they refused, saying they had already checked an hour prior. I then visited another Akshaya center 10 km away, where my issue was resolved within minutes. I strongly advise against wasting your time at this center. To improve, they urgently need: 1. Staff training on basic customer service skills 2. A reception and token system to manage customer wait times and provide clear updates on service availability Avoid this center unless you enjoy frustration and wasted time.

Efficient staff, provides all facilities for customers.

I experience Very Good service from the staffs. There is no need to wait for any need.

Those who come here have waited so long for sending their application and print outs.. And mainly executives behave is so bad
