Akshaya E-Centre

Very bad service. The staff are inexperienced and will make you wait a long time, just like in an old government office. I wouldn't recommend this Akshaya center at all. Go to the Palarivattom Aadhaar center for all your Aadhaar-related updates; it's way better than here. The main guy is arrogant and always makes a scene about parking and to the staff.

Unprofessional teams. Never attends any of our calls.. Once you make the payment, they offer to do the service very soon...but fact it is that you need to visit them in person multiple times to get the service done.

A center runs by a bunch of stupids.. If you want to get your workdone smooth and fast.. Please go to any other center.. Worst experience!!

Very bad experience.Staffs dont know anything..very poor customer handling..they are simply siitting and laughing and wasting others time..dont go there.If u go there u will loose ur monry and time

The main staff who runs this is a champion in wasting others time. He is worse than lot of govt staff. He doesn't communicate any instructions clearly, leading to customers having to run behind documentation again and again for aadhaar related documents.

Just make u wait for a long time. No idea of what they r doing. Say something or the other n make u pay more money for this n that. We went to another Center and made it done in just 8 minutes
