They first asked the purpose, and I told them it's for an update and Aadhaar for my two kids. They said it would take time, so they didn't do it for the kids. Maybe they refused because other services bring in more charges and are quicker to handle. They seem more focused on their convenience than helping people. Better to check with another center nearby.

I reached there at 9:00 am along with my 78+ years old mother around the same time mentioned as the opening time as per information on Google. The owner and his family member were already there punctually although the desk handling staff were not yet present. The gentleman greeted us politely, opened the waiting room area for us to sit down and feel comfortable. Had a pleasant and informative conversation with the gentleman, who I believe is destined for the area of servicing other people in society. Desk handling staff are extremely competent, quick and friendly. All in all.. a great example of a Seva Office for the benefit of the local citizens! Thanks dear Team !

Good experience. I would suggest calling them before going to ensure there is not too much queue. I went for my driving licence to be updated. I also got the address on my adhaar card changed. The service is good. The service is nominal. They have all kinds of services available, online passport renewal application, online driving licence renewal application, land tax/revenue tax assistance, all kind of paper works, Aadhaar changes and new Aadhaar application.

Friendly and helpful staff. I wanted to get my pan card updated and visited this centre. I went around noon and there was no crowd. They have good staffing and very knowledgeable. They got my issue sorted in half an hour and also clarified all my questions.

I am really satisfied with the service they are providing.Always I found them to be friendly,courteous,polite and efficient. Good parking space for vehicles.

Sony & team maintains this center which has a fine accommodation and enough resting place for the customers.. Very customer- friendly approach. I will advise every one to go to this center for utility services where there is sufficient parking space also.

Great experience. Got my job done in time. Attentive staff, good approach to customers. The main lady seating at front was very helpful and friendly, and helped me with my task.
