There is more staff counter to assist but it will great if there is queue system, as most of our people like to jump in without respect

Very fast and staff are very friendly and experts

Staffs lacks knowledge on various updations especially regarding Aadhar and taking very long to complete one person (wait time is long)and they are charging double the amount in the name of service charges to complete an application which are simple. Was unable to complete biometric update even after long wait.

Mostly crowded but have more staff so usually don't have to wait long time. They have a seperate section for aadhar which makes it more convenient

The place is good. It provides facilities like change in address,name, biometrics etc.The staff is also very good mannered. Provide us with sufficient information,not like the usual government workers. They are really helpful.Over the time taken is a bit more. Parking facility is also there.

There's no token system or any kind of preferences. In simple "kyyuukkullllv kaarykkaar ". If you stay there without reacting by thinking they'll call us. You may stand there for hours. Keep a token system so that everything can be organized. And there's only one staff in Aadhar enrollment section. And she wasn't well known of what she's doing.

Good and cooperative but has long waiting time

Place everything is good, This is the first time am contacting akshaya for a new ration card application, given all the doccuments and duely filled application form and they informed me will inform me once they are done with the request. Today is the fifth day and till now I didn't received any call and while calling to the center nobody picking the call.. and now am planning to visit the center in person. Disappointed with the service
