The best Akshaya Centre at Kottayam. Spacious interior with comfortable, spacious and air cooled waiting area. A no of counters with expert and helpful staff. On the very side of Kottayam - Manganam road, so ample parking space. Be there in the morning g hours before the server go down!( it is unmanageable by them !!)

Waited around 180 minutes to get an Aadhaar updation done even when there was not that much of rush. They lack a good high-speed internet connection, hence the speed of e services provided is very very slow. Delay in updating data with frequent internet outages and low net speed. Visit this place only if you have plenty of time to spare....

Prepare to exercise patience as you may find yourself waiting in at least two queues. Customer service can be hit or miss, with some staff members being highly efficient while others may not be of much assistance.

Very patient and helpful staff. But the equipment and operating system they are given wastes a lot of time. The system gets stuck every few minutes, and they have to reboot it to make it work. People are waiting since long for even a minor correction to be done. But due to the corrupt os, nothing gets done. I really appreciate the patience of the staff there, because they need to enter every detail repeatedly each time system reboots. I hope the responsible officers provide the required updated and original operating system and equipments, so that the common people need not waste hours and days to get things done here.

Wonderful experience of renewing my kids aadhaar. People need to learn customer service from them.

Good service, but some time i waited their. They are doing adhar card updation, motor vehicle driving licence renewing , RC book owner changing so this may take online so late.
