Akshaya Centre & Digital Seva - Common Services Center

Like most of the Akshya centres, they are also rude. Would not even let us complete our talk over phone, wll just hang up midway. Customers arr burden for them. They also charge more than the amount indicated on the message that we get on submitting application

They misfiled documents for an application towards municipality twice. Now the application is missing or stuck might be a technical problem. It has been 6 days since the application and I have made 5 visits to the akshaya centre and twice to the municipality. They have no intent to rectify their mistake.

Went to get my Aadhaar card. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They also advise you on Government services as well. The process was over within 20 minutes (including the few minutes that I waited in the queue).

I went on 1st Feb, 2018 to update mobile number only. The newest charges are Rs.30 only they charged me Rs.50. The main lady overcharged me for my enrolment and my wife and kids enrolment earlier also. Corrupt fraud. I complained to UIDAI this time they did nothing.

There all staff including owner is rough dealings they think they are government employees .We request there of my 2 kids adhar they told me they give a appointment that may taking minimum2 months for attending their interview . why I asked another e adhar centre they told me come any time you can complete process with welcome My humble request don't go kumaranalloor akshaya centre you never solve your problems timely because they are truly govt employee s beware

Worst akshaya centre to apply for aadhar card. Every time you go there they will ask you to come after 10 days. The phone number which they have provided is always switched off. If you are far away from town you are the lucky ones.... know why?? As the phone number is switched off you have to travel for 1-2hrs to reach akshaya every time to know that you won't get aadhar soon. So enjoy the view of Kottayam city under scorching sun.

The staff is very rude and arrogant not satisfied with the service. If anyone know where to complaint let me know because as a government staff they have no right to shout at customer .
