AKSHAYA CENTRE

It took me a couple of days to write this review after the most unfortunate experience I had here. I went there to get a minor change done on my Aadhar. I had the form (as required as per the aadhar website) attested by the Chief Juidicial Magistrate and the man who does the aadhar there flat out rejected to update it without even looking at the form. The only thing he said was he refused to do it after glancing at the paper because the CJM put the seal on the form. I don't know where in the world someone would have a problem because there is an official seal on the document. I have never seen such an egoistic man working in a public office where they are supposed to help the citizens. Apparently he thinks he is more of a Judicial authority than the Magistrate themself and thinks he has the sole reign over Aadhar services So, if you want to get something done here, only do so if you are willing to say YES to this man for every demand and remarks he makes. Otherwise go to the Akshaya near Popular Maruthi in SH Mount road, Nattasery. The people there are friendly, and knowledgeable. I got my aadhar updated in just one day.

This place should be the last place to visit if you need to get any work done. They totally messed up my marriage certificate application process. Least responsible and zero sense of commitment and courtesy. Please don't waste your time and especially money! They charge way too much!

Had been for purchasing FastTag. Well experienced staff with all means of facilities available for the support. Very friendly and well behaved. Could get the things done without any hassle.

I visited this office, I met Dan Lorraince, he is straight and fully helping nature person, he didn't act like government employee. He did our work in just 10 min. Otherwise people do take weeks time for like this process. If you value your time then this is right place. He value your time. Thanks Dan

Zero stars. They charged me rs 300 for applying marraige certificate . Later I found out that akshaya centre rate for that service was only 70rs!. The staff was also irresponsible the one who was doing my job was also interfering other staff's job at the same time. So it took almost 2 hours to complete mine!! Very pathetic. Akshaya centres need to be monitored periodically by government.

Didn't have a good experience from here, staffs have no potential to do things. they are very irresponsible and 300 rupees fees just for a exam registration. Fees is high as compared to other centers

Worst service lagging in her service

The best service provided.The staffs are really aware and well determined for the works to be done as they are really well experienced.As to say, the office too have a great environment for me and for the customers and is well asured .
