A good and trained staff to serve us.They had quick and convenient access to a wide array of services.Increasing digital literacy and awareness of technology by helping them and also utilises more digital technologies. I am too glad and satisfied with their service.

Pathetic service... A centre with a bunch of clueless staffs about the job to be done... They made me waiting for 3 weeks to get an adhaar request to process and after three weeks I got a message saying the request is rejected due to confusions in the entries made on the application.... The best part was, after getting the application rejected, the staff were complaining that , the birth certificate pdf, which is downloaded from the govt website is not clear . Pls go to this center at Calicut beach if you have enough time and patience to spare... I got it easily done from another akshaya center within a week after that.

Worst experience from here...The staffs are showing so much attitude and not at all co-operative .In addition, not having enough information regarding the sites as well as not providing the informations...Treating people as useless.

Worst service.... Very poor service and staffs are very rude and bad....am not satisfied the service....the name 'janasevana'is not apt for this centre....all staffs are not customer friendly ....very bad experience i ever feel....very baad
