The waiting time can sometimes be longer than expected during busy hours. Still, it's a great option for handling essential tasks conveniently.. Overall, a reliable place for government-related services.

The akshaya centre was not a pleasant visit. The staff were highly unqualified and unaware of the regulations. Many times we had to redo a process just because the staff would create a new hurdle or requirement at the last moment. The manager while being a very polite person was unable to resolve any matters, while the rest of the untrained staff can only think and do to a very limited capacity. There is seating available outside the office, and will be needed as you'll be spending enough time waiting. In order to avoid delays, I would suggest to get in writing any requirements stated by the staff, so as to not cause any further delays.

Had a fantastic experience on my visit to the centre for a new ration card. The staff(2 staff who attended my case) and the manager were extremely patient, supportive & helpful in resolving minor issues during the exercise.All 3 deserve my special appreciation.

People especially the lead women is rude, ignorant and disrespectful.

Poor service and response. Please don't get FASTag from here. I got SBI FAStag; it didn't work and I ended up paying double amount everywhere. When I called these people, they cut the phone without even speaking anything about it. SBI says this is not an authorised seller (but listed in SBI website).

Worst experience with the one who attended the phone. They doesnt even have have manners. Contact number is given to solve customer query and the lady who took the phone was talking very rudely . Very bad customer service and hope a serious action must be taken.
