I would give a zero star for them if possible. Very arrogant and lack of knowledge. They are very ignorant and gave wrong village office for my certificate. I had to go to the village office to rectify and redo the entire process again. They make you run around a lot by making mistakes in your application. Please appoint staffs who have some knowledge about what they are doing.

Here we should be ready to wait for them... there is a competition between the staff as to who will do what... if possible, avoid people who are not of such quality... why don't you value our time... if we come here, we will be told to go to Vattakinar, if we go there, we will not. It will be said that it was done... Why should a common man play to their will......

Worse behavior and worse knowledge and very bad attitude and works. Always make sure you've to be there twice ornthrive for same reason. Please don't go there. Very bad and irresponsible team working out there.

Dear public Please be careful and make sure all the details while updating your aadhaar card at Akshaya center . The staffs won't accept and behave irresponsible for whatever mistake they done while updating aadhaar instead they will argue with you and ask you to call toll free number.

They need more employees to run this smoothly. As of now there are only two workers who are working. These two ladies are working in maximum capacity. Still there are lots of people who are waiting here.. A Q is expected here for atleast 1 hour each time. I really appreciate the people working here. They are very calm people.

Poor service. Bad attitude of staff. Had a very bad experience. I lost my time. I would never ever recommend this akshaya centre. Staff should learn how to behave to the customers

So poor service. Workers here shows rude behaviour. They behave like we are their servants or we had asked they 1000 dollars for free. Mathottom Akshaya is far better than this one. Very uneasy here....
