Akshaya E Centre

Bad experience. Staffs needs to take class on how to be not rude and be nice to the customers who seek services from akshaya.i had to apply for nursing admission but i can't reach because i was in hostel so i send my dad and one of the lady staff insulted my father by saying to bring someone who are educated to do these admission.

Akshaya center which is located near to Chellanur block Panchayat. Provides various services like Aadhar , passport, various entrance examination (NEET, KEAM) applications etc Ample parking space for the customers.

I requested the income certificate issued by the Tahsildar, but they applied for the income certificate from the Village Officer instead. This mistake was made by the Akshaya Centre ( Thadampattu thazham). I would not recommend this place to you. Service is too bad.Waste of time and money. They don't have the proper knowledge about what they are doing.

PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS CENTRE!!! - UNPROFESSIONAL & ARROGANT staff with zero knowledge on the process and the platform, but pretend as if they know everything and we customers are beggars who are waiting for their mercy. - Always show off that they are busy and if you ask something they stare at you and continue talking ( about their lunch and family gossips) and keep you waiting for hours without any reason. - They keep you going in circles by asking you to come again and again. I had visited this centre 4 TIMES just for Aadhar updation and still it's not done. When checked with the help centre (UIDAI) they said there is no request placed. Whereas this process just takes 20-25 minutes max at other centres.

Not customer friendly , take too much time , unprofessional, lack computer/language experience.they work the same way I visited 10 years back for aadhar.nothing improved. It should be closed down for new age professional agencies

Akshaya center in kumara swami. Provides various services in the form of application for government identity cards and schemes with a minimal charges for the services. It is usually crowded here. Located on the first floor if the building. There is parking space in front of the building.

I had very bad experience with this centre. Last month i had been this centre to take Aadhar card to my Son. Before approaching to the centre i had called and confirmed that i have only one certificate issued by School principal, and the lady confirmed that is sufficient . After being one hour queue ( there was no sufficient place to sit inside , we have to sit out side there , which is not possible till 3 o clock because sun light direct hit us.) we reach to the Aahaar desk. After seeing the letter (above said letter) she said , private school certificate is not sufficient ( how many of our kids are studying is govt school) I asked for taking Aadhar i can not take admission for my son to govt school ( I am not saying govt school is bad). I asked her to just enter the detail i can not come always because we settled in bangalore it hard to come always. she was little arrogant and told me i can not wait my time with out govt school identity it will reject try to get the certificate i will not do for you. The same day we went to west hill brach and we enrolled with in 2 week we go the Aaadhar. Please appoint a people who has very little knowledge about it. or else close the centre so that people will not waist time by heading to your office

Chelannur Akshaya E Center which is situated near Chelannur village office.It provide a wide range of services by government like government applications etc.It also do applications of university and secondary school etc.Sometimes heavy rush so waiting time will be high.It is easy to notice from normal traffic
