Very very bad customer service.. All staffs are behavig like kids.. Worst service.. -0 star rating

One of the worst place.. The young guy and girl sitting near entrance door are discussing some personal matter and wasting time when the people are waiting for their needs. I went there for pcc and they don't have any idea about how to get that and they wasted around 1hr of my time calling someone and asking what to do.. These 2 guys are there for pass their time without any knowledge. The young was getting scolded by a customer for doing something wrong and troubling him, but he was not at all bothered of the customers feeling and he is not even feeling guilty for the mistake he done.. Such a duff guy by looks and attitude both.. Whatever, I will never visit this place again... Also they charged 100rs service charge were other akshayas charges only 50rs. Everything is online now, it should be like , this aadhar verification should be also online and should be able to do by every common man by himself without the help of akshaya. Old age people are waiting for too long without even providing a proper place to sit.

I often see posts on social media trolling the attitude of the Akshaya center employees. But here it's a different experience. The staff patiently hear our requirements and politely explain the procedure and action on them. They help us in all the possible ways to expedite the procedure. The kind of reception and treatment they gave me is quite commendable.

If I could give them zero stars then will I be happy I have waited almost 3hrs to get a salary certificate application process. I don't know what they are doing for that long. Very bad service. They take that much time for a customer then you can just think how much experienced and good are they total waste of time just try any other centre ..

The place has small parking place.the place is not that crowdy as other akshaya.the service provided are ok.the place is situated in second floor so it will be difficult for older people to walk upstairs.the issue dsc ,aadhar corrections and online government payments.

I was waiting for just to change my name I did wait there around more that a hour. They asking for specific doc cuz I only got copy. They said it's impossible I ask them is there's any other way cuz he was lazy to small works he said come back after some time.. then I go to other akshaya they tried with other doc and it was successful.. I was so disappointed by his mind .. that not even try to do something...

Worst experience. Had to wait for two hours for getting a connection due to technical error of the centre. When I went to a nearby centre it took only two minutes. My precious time and energy lost which they can't compensate.

This akshaya is very good place. All staff are very good behavior helpful and fast. So many staffs are there. Very easy procedure for all transactions and submission of all documents so easy. After service also very good. U can go there for any of ur needs. Once again thank you so much to all staff. All the best
