Have been to this akshaya couple of times, and both times there was some excuse from the staff due to which I had to return. I got it done same day from ongallur akshaya branch.

Disappointing Experience at Aadhar Update Center - A Cautionary Tale for Future Visitors If I could rate my recent visit to the Aadhar Update Center lower than one star, I would. My experience was marred by poor customer service and inefficiency. Despite the staff being visibly free and engaged in casual conversations, I, along with several other customers, were made to wait unnecessarily for about 30 minutes. This lack of professionalism was just the beginning. The real confusion started with the Aadhar updation form itself, which was notably unstructured and missing clear instructions. Particularly, there was no designated column for the date of birth (DOB) entry. When I inquired about this, the response was dismissive, instructing me to fill out only what was asked. Ironically, after submitting the form, I was questioned for not including my DOB - a detail I had previously sought clarity on. The situation didn't improve as I was made to wait again, possibly due to my questioning of their process. During this time, I observed that I wasn't alone in my frustration. Many customers were facing similar issues, indicating a systemic problem at this center. Furthermore, it was disheartening to see that the staff lacked basic technical knowledge - tasks such as refreshing a web page, uploading images, or adjusting file sizes seemed beyond their capability. These are skills that are widely known and used, even by children in today's digital age. To add to the disappointment, upon reviewing the feedback from other visitors, I noticed that the few positive reviews, including a suspicious five-star rating, were from individuals closely associated with the center. This raises questions about the authenticity of their online reputation. In summary, this experience was a letdown, and I hope this review serves as a warning to future visitors. The Aadhar Update Center needs significant improvements in customer service, technical training, and overall process management to meet the expectations of the public.

Very very poor, no good service, approached for aadhaar correction, failed, they've told correction is working only on Mondays!!! Amazing, no information on net or not lifting phone. Waste of time energy and money....

VERY GOOD SERVICE...Now having rush due to Aadhaar updates

They are taking money for Aadhar.. 200 rs per person... ridiculous. Not sure if this is as per the govt. rules. Anyways not something to be appreciated.

A place that helps you to get Govt. taxes paid and Get certificates from Govt. Departments.
