The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, leading to long wait times and a lack of personalized assistance. It was evident that the employees were under significant stress, which negatively impacted their ability to provide quality service. They are rude too

One of the Worst service. Want to give a negative rating , had a really bad service from staff aneena who kept on rejecting the form for address change telling irresponsible reason and bad attitude. Due to her unfair knowledge n carelessness we struggled for 3 days thou the aadhar card address s not changed. The same form was accepted for changing the aadhar address was done n a minute without a question in other akshaya. Den think how careless was she in her work. Worst attitude from her side.

1.Very bad behaviour to senior citizens and customers. 2.Donot know about the services . 3.If there is network issue we want pay the for service if its not yet completed.

Bad Attitude. Poor customer service. Not recommend.

One of the best akshaya center to update your aadhar card. Friendly with customers. A small room where nearly a 7-9 people can sit.

Super center They do work very faster not like the akshaya in guruvayoor They save our time and they know how to maintain the crowd
