AKSHAYA CENTRE(ALP123) Chettikulangara

I recently visited the Akshaya Centre at Chettikulangara to enroll my daughter for her AADHAAR card. Unfortunately, my experience was a mix of frustration and relief. The owner of the centre came across as uninformed and unprofessional. He questioned why I had included the landmark in my home address, despite the fact that the address had already been approved and printed by the central government on my own AADHAAR card. His lack of basic understanding made the process unnecessarily inconvenient. However, the visit was saved by a knowledgeable and cooperative lady staff member. She efficiently guided us through the entire process, ensuring that my daughter's AADHAAR enrollment was completed smoothly and successfully within just half an hour. Her professionalism and willingness to assist were a stark contrast to the owner's incompetence. Overall, while the centre's service was ultimately effective, I would advise visitors to be patient and, if needed, seek help from the more capable staff members rather than relying on the owner. An important thing to note is that the location of this centre has been shifted to a shop behind Das Medical store.

Akshaya centre located at west side of chettikulangara temple is now situated at near by building which is more comfortable and spacious. Availability of staff is one of the best quality. We can avail all types of government services through this centre
