Passport Seva Kendra

The staff is very kind and helpful. Despite being a 'normal' application, I got a faster date and my process was completed in 40mins without any drama. They have a very handy photocopy machine inside the office itself. The only downside was that the ones who accompanied had to stay outside the room n if they're lucky, they get a chair.

I had good experience with this centre.Tatkal took around 30 min to complete entire process. 3 address proof are mandatory, its better to take eprint of aadhar if there is difference in names.

Very good place. Extremely helpful staff. Especially the security guard uncle and the information desk people. We messed up our application but they assisted and resolved and helped us in every single way possible. Don't know if it was due to rain or something, but the office wasn't too crowded. Okeish crowd. We went and got out in less than 15 minutes. The other mess up and clearing it took another 15 minutes. No other extra payments (depends on various applications).

The location was fine to reach but to get there was a little tricky because of the building design and there is no properly visible sign board that makes things worse for newcomers. Coming to the arrangements feels like a lack of proper staff. Unlike other passport seva Kendra the time taken for initial procedures is so annoying..

Hectic Que. Reporting time given was 10:45am and Appointment for 11am, Not attended till 1pm. It's pathetic to wait this long at an office, Officials should value the time.

Excellent security person.. very helpful and polite.. he guides all people in a orderly manner.. makes extra efforts to coordinate within the counters.. he came down to call me when I went down for tea.. Very clean space.. good staff from tcs and ministry.. It exactly took 30 mins.. too good.. I m surprised with 1 star and 2 star.. Thanks.. good show

Long waiting .. 12:45 reporting time. 1pm appointment time.... But reviewed documents by officer at 3 pm only. Better to visit Vazhuthacaud PSK. I have applied for fresh passport for my daughter from vazhuthacuad psk . Procedure was completed in timely manner. But it may take some more days to get an appointment from vazhithacaud PSK.

PSk neyyatinkara is the perfect example of a government office.They sent us back for the documents and wont even clear us on our queries .This happened back in 2023.Finding the office is like treasure hunt.Two times i have visited Psk neyyatinkata for the amendmends in the passport ,got really disappointed with the response from the team.All officials are like very serious and not even looking at our face while giving reply especially the passport officer.They should be properly trained on how to behave in front of common people.If we are going with some name change,they will reroute us to the passport officer and she is kind of like very arrogant. Donot recommend this place for any ammendments in passport .Please visit other passport office which is in trivandrum.
