Worst Akshaya that I have visited!! Are you guys set up this centre to help people or to just say No No No to everything. Literally shitt people.

My parent's travel got delayed just because the people sitting here doesn't have enough common sense. Visited the center to get my parent's adhaar card details updated as the last name on my passport was not matching with the current adhaar. The current adhaar was issued during the pilot stage where it shows only the year of birth. My parents specifically informed the executive sitting there that my we are doing the update to apply for a passport renewal. They had given the original passport and PAN card for reference. He charged Rs.100 even though the invoice and receipt issued shows Rs.50 only. I will leave it for the revenue and GST team to investigate how he is fooling the customers and taking the money under table. After waiting for 2+ weeks, when the new Aadhaar issued, it was showing the correct last name but a different date of birth. If he had any common sense, he could have verified and updated the DOB as well when he initially put the request. He again issued Rs.50 receipt and charged Rs.100 even though it was his mistake. At least 100 people will be visiting the center for updates as day, he is making Rs.5000 as unaccounted profit.

Good atmosphere, usually heavy rush at morning. Afternoon will be good to get things faster. No wheel chair access. Office space at first floor. No lift available. Access by stairway.

Very Clear and customer oriented service for all aadhaar updation and edits.. the owner is very kind and helpful whatever our neeed is... recommended place for any aadhar related issues..

Opposite to ottapalam post office, and in the first floor, usual wait time is 15 to 30 mins
