Akshaya E Center

Bit remotely located, but in a calm environment. Near HDFC Bank yakkara road. Somewhat bigger that usual Akshya centres. 3 counter is there. We want there for updating Mobile number of Adhar. Moderately crowded at 4PM. It took around 20 min to complete the process. Payment was also the fixed amount by govt. 50. The only problem is , as Usually what we see in other Akshya centres, they don't have any trained skill to treat people as their customers. That's the same case here. But comparatively better. Parking space is there for two wheelers .

A bit crowded usually, this Akshaya centre is located on the side of a narrow lane iff the nain road. Knowledgeable staff but customers always have to wait for their turn for some time there as it is busy mostly. If you are going there in a car, it is better to park it somewhere on the main road as the narrow lane where the centre is located is congested.

Applied non criminal certificate on 15/12/2023 From here it costs 150/- I didn't expect that. some of the other Akshaya it only takes 60-80 rupees usually. I knew this later. After 1 week my pcc has been approved but they charged me 20/- to just mail my pcc . ITS BETTER TO CHOOSE ANOTHER AKSHAYA OR INTERNET CAFE For your service it saves you some money. My service rating is 3/10

These center's help us on anything which are related to applying online and other things such as entrance exam details and online application etc I think it's the only Akshay center in Palakkad which is hard to find!!! But staff's here helps a lot!!! I liked it!! Sometimes it's very crowded and there is not much space inside the office!! It's like bit inside from the main road!! Parking is a big problem here!! Bikes and scooters can be parked easily ( a limited amount can be parked) but if we park car's here then it's will lot hard to reach main road(not so space around here)

The UIDAI website shows this Akshaya Centre as Aadhaar Facilitation Centre, and even showed 72 aadhaar updates in last 30 days till 07-02-2023. But when I went for Aadhaar update today, I was told that they do not do Aadhaar updates

They need to update their phone number on the website.

Good staff, very good service

Bad service.The person sitting is totally mentally shouting at customers.
