Worst courier service ever ! Absolutely unprofessional and deceiving . I have had multiple bad experiences with bluedart . Either they'll ask you to come and collect from their office or state 'consignee not available' without contacting you or leave missed calls (they will not pick up the call no matter how many times you call them back) or still be 'out for delivery' to fool everyone . Extremely disappointing services .

Stupid courier service, never use this courier service. Waste . rotating the package and International delivery is not good, The international delivery parcel will come and after that, no call , its nothing was done and also return to shipper and no refund

They never deliver at your address. Always ask us to come to office. Irresponsible staff at office dont know where the parcel is kept. Keeps searching for our parcel. Sometimes tracking shows tat our item has reached the office , but they make no delivery attempts for 2 or 3 days and not contacting us.

Blue Dart in Punalur has poor service. Even though I prepaid for home delivery, they couldn't bring my product to my house and asked me to pick it up halfway or at their hub. In contrast, DTDC and Delhivery provide excellent service, delivering products directly to my home with friendly delivery boys. Blue Dart's service in Punalur is disappointing compared to them

I asked them to return the product and they delivered to another personnel,poor and worst service I have ever seen till this age .
