Akshaya E Centre Aadhaar Registration & Ration Card & Voter ID & Passport & Pancard

I experienced good service from this centre. It is employed with highly efficient staffs. They are very friendly and cooperative.I got my aadhar with in 10 days which had enrolled in this centre.I am satisfied with their service because they considered our time more valuable.

The most inefficient and unorganized staff. They are unaware of the updated rules and are only good at arguing with you out of their ignorance. The basic resources that they use at the office is literally non functional and we had to repeat the process of taking the photo and biometrics three times. After it all they still managed to make a mistake on the aadhar application. This center needs to be shut down as soon as possible. Or the lazy old staff needs to be replaced by more sincere and well aware employees.

Akshya centre means it is a private owned place but they do jobs for Government related/required documents, ticket booking,photostats and things like that. But an interesting thing is , the staffs over there is they themselves thinking that they are government appointment staffs and their attitude and behavior is something we don't like. Rude and impolite .

The office is tiny and they simply aren't equipped to handle all the people coming to submit their applications. There's no waiting room or sufficient place to stand while you're waiting for your name to be called out.

People please don't go there. I went there to apply for my election id and afterwards when i contacted the other akshya i came to know that the charge for applying for a new election id is Rs 40 but i was charged Rs 100. They scammed a 20 year old, imagine how much money they'll be taking from elder people who visit them. They are supposed to help us, and this is what they do. I highly recommend you people to visit the Kodunganoor branch.

The best service I had. I came all the way from PMG to Nettayam on my friends recommendation. I totally recommend this place to anyone who needs a good customer service. I went to 2 other akshaya centers in Trivandrum... to get my Adar and Pan. Finally these people did it .

One of the staff is very efficient.......She handles everything and have good behaviour . This place is always crowded with people but there is little space for sitting.

Excellent and courteous service, run by (thankfully !) an all-women group... Highly recommended... Even if you have no need of any official service, do drop by to see how things work ..
