Excellent customer service, I went today with my father who is a patient... The centre helped me in ways than imaginable... Very good service... Really liked it.. Special mention to the lady,/ girl who co ordinated everything... Sister, I don't know your name... But you are the reason that made me believe humanity still exists.. really grateful

Very bad experience. For getting token 100rs without bill. For updating aadhar address & photo they r saying that it is a two time process .. first update aadhar, then after receiving it u have to change address. This is for money looting. I ve done both the process at the same day from a bank within 10 min without any charge.

This branch of Akshaya is usually crowded and the wait is pretty long if you plan to get any of your government id documents done Kindly take prior appointments. Usual troubles facing this place is power outage and internet failure so contact them before you make your journey.
