Worst Akshaya i have been to. Didnt even properly cared for me. Waited whole day in there and in the evening only they knew how to apply to request i had. And even after that they took few days to dit. And finally i went to Anakkal akshaya to do my request.

The guy in this office is literally not seen on most of the working hours, we came thrice to do a marriage certificate registration because this guy who does the task there isn't present on his seat. Requesting the authorities to look at the same and to give such kind of jobs to people who wish to work.

Very pathetic service. There is only one guy and after waiting 1.5 hrs he told me that, here is not having all services. You can go to koorkancheri Akshaya.

Slow as hell. I don't even understand what is the purpose of a queue if people can just randomly cut in. There's just one person dealing with 12 customers and if anyone gets stuck he keeps waiting until it's done while the rest 11 wait till the wee hours. Don't really understand why there's an another counter.

Approached for adding name in ration card... The person patiently clears all our queries... And deal with customer in a good way

Cost effective.Behaviour of staffs is good. But there is only limited systems so take too time to get the service.
