Aadhaar Seva Kendra

I recently visited the Aadhaar card center and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the manager. The way he spoke, especially to a young child, was highly unprofessional and rude. Statements like "You are wasting my time, can't you understand and go?" are completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. If this is how the manager behaves, what can we expect from the rest of the staff? A manager should lead with patience and understanding, not arrogance and ego. Such behavior leaves a very negative impression and discourages people from seeking necessary services. I urge the authorities to address this issue and ensure that the staff is trained in proper conduct and customer service.

Almost always full of people, they have no civic sense, it sounds like a zoo. And the appointment system is useless as you still have to wait, just because of the sheer number of people in line. All it does is save you the trouble of not being allowed in. Also no fans or ac inside. It's like a barbecue. Hopefully they build more aadhar centres In the city(with fans.)

Very bad services. They don't take consideration of the senior citizens. Tha manager is never present and when I booked an online appointment my money was debited but they were not giving me any appointment. They keep you in the waiting uncessisarily. I would suggest to go some other adhar center.

The arrangement was inadequate, and there was a lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene. No sanitization measures were implemented between customers during the biometrics process. Additionally, the chairs provided were rusty and in poor condition.

One of the pathetic service I have ever experienced. Employee like Bhavana are disgrace to the institution. Does not want to work at all. India is not progressing because of such pathetic customer service. Will take this matter to social media as well. This was mine 5th form which got rejected. Reason - The colour of my Tshirt is too dark and signature could not be visible. When I said please advance my file i will bear the rejection. But that's the really hard work for her as she needs to login again and do some paper work.

One of the scam running in the name of aadhar services, first of all the staff here will force you to take a printout of aadhar in a4 sheet and they will take 30rs. for that, after that if you question them that what is the issue they will say that only a4 size aadhar are accepted. Thats fine but while processing the aadhar updation request they won't even see or cross verify your a4 size aadhar anywhere. Will soon register a complaint with uidai. Pathetic experience.

Nice centre,clear information you will get about adhhar updation, systematically they do the process,better from.any bank they have many issues but in this centre you will not find any difficulty

Manager behaviour is very bad. He is very arrogant. I don't understand how he got this service?
