I updated mobile number on my Aadhar, on 4th Sep 2019, they charged me Rs.200/- instead of Rs.50/- (official service charge) which I came to know afterwards. That is 4 times of official charge. This is ridiculous!! This is not seva Kendra, but LOOT KENDRA They are not cooperative as well. I went on Tuesday afternoon, and requested to give appointment but staff said to come next day before 10 am and take appointment we give appointment in morning only. I and many other stood in queue for more than one hour. They opened at 10:45 am and then noted down names who were in queue. Simply wasting public's time.

Nobody will lift your call here. Much time consuming process. You will be given token first on Sunday only after submitting your aadhar correction form. Then you will be told to come on some other days.
Staff attitude is like government officer. They don't talk properly. They overcharge 4 times the official charge as set by UIDAI
