They have worst communication skills. The main lady is very rude and doesn't address the question la of needy customers. If we ask many questions just for information she gets annoyed easily and cuts the call out of irritations. This is not the way you treat your customers. Also the other executive staff is simply dumb. They Dont know anything and doesn't provide the updates properly regarding your application.

You need to followup else they don't care plus if they are on leave and not well then it is your duty to follow up and wait for ages they are just responsible to take money from you very good service and attitude towards client is just so courteous that you can't express one experience was good just because request was completed but other was not Follow up was an issue before as well as now

They are worst than imagination.. Even after repeated calls they didnt informed me their system not working..Utter shameless..Dont expect more from such people..i wastwr 3 hrs in traffic and reached their office at given time..Their owner dont know if the system is working or not..blindly give u slot to visit..upon reaching office lady informs that system is not working..shame
