Ration Card Office Dombivali East

A typical government office. Stairs are not well lit. Ration card office on 1st floor and Aadhaar card center on 2nd floor.Staff is rude but they are doing their duty. Working hours are 10-2 with 2-2.30 lunch break and 3-5.30. Aadhaar card centre is so mess only one operator and there is so much chaos. No sitting arrangements and for children biometric it takes hours. They only give 100 token per day from 9.30-10.30 and working hours are 10.30-4 with 2-30 lunch break. If you want to visit for aadhaar card updation carry water and some things to eat. Hope this will help someone

Pathetic experience. You'll always get the toilet smell around this office, God knows how the employees work there? Staff is too careless about your request and no work will be done in few visits, you'll take multiple visits. Very much lazy and some are quite rude.

As Pathetic as any Government Offices can be. Staffs here are recruited on the basis of their Caste and not on merit, hence they tend to do lots of mistakes and later citizens has to suffer for the mistake of such unqualified staffs.

They should to clean this place as soon as possible, no sanitation nothing is good there, people are not maintaing the guidelines properly. Staff is not at all polite. No proper lights on steps. This should be not like this

Best Govt office I ever seen.Helpful staff.cleanliness and light smell of essence stick. Clean wash rooms for both.

A typical government office. Almost all works done here.

Went for adding names of my kids..and i got very fast service for the same ..got my work done in 4 5 days
