Received the worst customer service, The female associates were very helpful, timely and informative. Who I assume was the boss at the first counter near the entrance was rude, very unprofessional (which is expected) and uncooperative. I was charged 450, for a phone number and biometric update each, and haven't received any response regarding my service not being delivered. I Gpayed as asked, and they haven't sent my details for verification. This constitutes as theft if you ask me. Do as you must with this review. Will be proceeding with action.
