The worst possible staff that i have ever encountered!! Just talking amongst their own selves, not bothered about the citizens who have come to get their issues solved. Most unco-operative and arrogant!! If i could give a negative review, i would give them a minus 10!!

The worst center to update your aadhar card, so many tables but only 3-4 employees working and they clearly don't have a lot of knowledge nor experience about what they're doing only basic knowledge they have, apart from that the way they talk to the people as well as themselves is just pathetic, i had the worst experience, and when i asked for the H.O.D, there is somebody named as Hiren Makwana who is a District coordinator, who says that we don't have any information whatever information you need log in to the website and find out, i mean you are working here as a employee or HOD or whosoever these guys should know how things work and what has to be done, the only thing these guys tell you is go to the head office or else log in to the website and figure it out, Avoid going to this center

The closing time is 5.30 but these people close it at 4 o'clock. These people have no way of talking.he speaks in anger

Was told to goto any nationalised bank for any aadhar related work. Bank of Baroda had no one as staff was on sick leave since one week. Then tried the post office. Aadhar counter was closed since a month as the machine wasn't working. This one at bandra east was unhygienic disorganised and the staff were rude towards a senior citizen.

I went there for Address change service. The staff is polite and very helpful. Usually this place is very crowded but due to rainy season, it was less crowded today. For changing address and Demographic information the service cost is 50 and For changing Photo, and applying afresh the service cost is 100. Biometrics update is free of cost.

I had a very negative experience, especially with Snehal, who had a poor attitude and was uncooperative, not allowing any discussion and suggesting we go to another center. The staff seemed to blame others and the person at the front counter, who was very thin, lacked basic manners and was chewing banned gutkha. It was disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior. I considered writing an email to escalate the issue, but I don't believe it will lead to any changes. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

Very slow and unprofessional staff, speaks rudely without any basic professional etiquettes, very bad experience.
