-300 hundred charges new aadhaar card this is private agency not a government.

Forced to give 1 star also.. half time they say server down.. board display timing 9.30 to 4.. they come by 10.. start work by 10.30 lunch time 1.30 to 2.30.. they start work after 3 and close at 4. Worst

Very bad experience. There was a delay of 3 hrs as they did not have the biometric machine with them nor the person who is supposed to take the request for updation. They simply take money give token and make you wait for 3 hours before any of the above mentioned arrangements can be made. As per website they are supposed to charge INR 50, however they are charging six times the price. They charged me 300 INR for a simple updation to aadhar card. They are also unapologetic for this kind of behaviour. Not recommended at all. Pl avoid this place , if possible.

Despite showing valid documents he kept insisting that Adhar card cannot be applied. He did not even allow to sit and misbehaved. His assistant asked us to pay 2500 if we want to make our adhar card. We went to Kandivali post office and their our application was processed using same set of documents. I hope authorities are reading this review and take appropriate action.
