I am deeply frustrated with the poor service and unprofessional behavior at the Aadhaar update center. Despite providing a valid birth certificate as proof of my child's name change, the officer insisted that it was not sufficient and demanded a Gazette notification. My child is a minor, and I find it ridiculous that a valid birth certificate is not being accepted. I am being repeatedly asked for unnecessary documents, and the service provided is far from satisfactory.
