The worst of the worst experience ever. The lady on the counter is not sitting to do work assigned by the seva kendra but she is doing her own business from there. They also deny to service any aadhar updates before 5PM which earlier used to happen all round the day for a petty reason that it takes 15 mins which was apparently very long time. Very unacceptable center. Do not go here!

Worst service. Unprofessional. They made us wait for long time then took all finger print and lazy lady working there had no interest to help or do work. She kept on blaming on server down and had guts to say that fingerprint changes as we grow old. Pathetic service. They should sack that lady and her husband. Such people bring shame to public service and country India.

This lady is a scamster and this office is bogus. She took my money for Pan Card update and lied to us that she has submitted the application when in fact the form was just lying in her office beneath a heap of unimportant papers. It was an extremely crucial time for me and I called her more than thrice to ask for my application ID to check the Pan Card status online, she kept saying yes I will send it to you, give me false confidence, 2 weeks later when I visited her office, I got to know the truth. Additionally, she did not even give me a full refund, I don't understand where does she find her audacity. Government should look into such cases and put a stop to such malpractices. She took advantage of my urgency and wasted my time even more. Later when I went to another Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra, we got to know that this lady DOES NOT HAVE AN OFFICIAL LICENSE to carry out such government documentation related work and she mostly out sources her work to other Kendras who have a valid license. So do not go to her and like this post so that other people are warned about her duplicity, it will save both their time and money.

Totally unprofessional my fssai certificate didn't matched with my details what I told them to do. My certificate registration charges got wasted and this again people are asking me to pay the agent fees already mistake was from their side. Charge is higher than the other middle scale agents. It was the worst experience. Thank you.

. My finger print is not getting recognised..There is no iris detection machine here. I have to go to adhar center for further work. The lady was very kind and tried to help me the best. Thanks
