Third Class Service..This is not at all useful service center, not giving complete information.

Extremely poor management.. not at all satisfied with the service rendered.. when I called for my caste validity certificate procedure, the staff informed that she was too busy with the customers as there was a huge rush and also asked me to visit the office with all the relevant documents.. when I visited personally with the above said documents, they said that they haven't called anybody with the documents and also denied to do my work as there were already pending files with them.. In my opinion it is totally a waste of time. Instead visit the Caste Validity office in Matunga Labour Camp.

Their board says it opens at 10am but I went there by 10.30am still the shutter was down. Very bad

This is just a time wasting. This centre is not organised Non cooperative people and guys don't think submission of forms means you got the document if any query is raised by collector then you have to go to the collector office. This centre has not taking any responsibility .
