CSC Aadhaar Seva Kendra

Dont know who runs this center action need to taken on them if they have undertaken this service they dont have the right to harass people in getting things done for which they have been appointed. They don't have staff, server is slow, printer is slow. How much people have to waste for something that can be done in few minutes rather than hours. Fortunately the guy Akshay and the one at the reception were very polite even the girl from other counter who attended my wife were very nice cant blame them its the management that is answerable.

I had a highly disappointing experience at the CSC Aadhar Kendra. The staff was extremely lazy and showed no interest in providing proper service. When I presented my documents, they pointed out overwriting in the date due to pen ink smudging--a genuine issue that could have been easily resolved. However, instead of helping, they made up a ridiculous excuse, claiming they would be fined Rs.1000, if they uploaded my documents for the Aadhar update. Their attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. Furious, I left and visited another Seva Kendra the same day with the exact same documents. To my surprise, they processed my Aadhar update without any issues, and it was successfully updated in just 2 days. It's clear that the staff at the first Kendra deliberately avoided work, likely because they wanted to leave early. I would not recommend this CSC Aadhar Kendra to anyone. Poor service and a complete lack of responsibility!

It was a hassle free experience at CSC Aadhaar Seva Kendra Vidyavihar I had taken online appointments prior for my aadhar update and my work was done within 10-20 minutes. The office was well maintained,staff behavior was polite and co-operative.Excellent place for all your aadhar related work

Very smooth experience, visited here 3-4 times for different work, everytime I go my wrk is done so quick and its a hassle free experience here.. last time visited with a kid for new aadhar card enrollment, my wrk was done within half hour.. unlike other aadhar kendra where it takes 2-3 hours fr one work. Best thing abt this aadhar kendra is we don't need to take appointments here, its a walk-in entry for all frm 10.30 am to 5.30 pm on all days expects Sunday's.. No phone number is there bt we can go there directly here . Very Happy with the target services and staff is super helpful.. also super clean washrooms just outside aadhar kendra

Very bad experience,we have to wait for more than 3 hour. only one counter was working.other counter was not working when we ask them for other counter they told the staff is on leave. Staff is not cooperative. For one single correction we have to waste our all day. Request you to open other counter open so people will not suffer

We have updated our Aadhar Card address as it was urgent. After one month status shows poor quality of photo and documents. Whom to blame.

4 counter is there but at the time only 1 On. Too much line. Biometric machine not working properly, staff and service are too much slow. Seating area & AC is good. Others facilities available like new pan card, passport, aadhar pan link, bill payment. Overall such bad experience. Such pathetic service

Convenient location, coordinating Staff, good sitting arrangement, good for senior citizens, disabled person because ground floor office, fees charges according to government norms. Overall very good agency.
