Bad experiance...When I went here to change the address on Aadhaar card, my address could not be changed yet they did not return the money to me...or even for changing an address I was charged Rs 300.my sister asked for my money and these people said slow down, other people are also sitting here...My money was not given back to me.Yaha muje reply diya hai ...paise de do n mere ...whatsup no. Vagere nahi chahiye muje ...aap logo ki service bahoot kharab hai ....mai UIDAI mai compalint karugi Aap k So called Udyog Aadhar kendra k khilaf

Such a scammer they are asking literally 500rs for updating aadhar card photo don't entertain these people

Nice staff and considerate people.I felt comfortable enough to wait.I was fortunate enough that the owner of the company gave his time to explain his occupation as a BC Agent for Bank of Baroda and patiently addressed my queries.Made me believe in the goodness of the city of Mumbai.

Worst Service Ever! I am a doctor seeking passport renewal for me & new passport for my son. All documents have been submitted on 3rd April still the application has not been processed. For my son's passport the employees are clueless about the procedure - saying if mother is using maiden surname, child's passport can not be made. I have been calling / texting multiple times for an update on my application but most of the time I get no reply. These inconsiderate people do not even call back. When I sternly asked their employee (urmila) why this unprofessional behaviour- they had the audacity to say - "so don't call again" & hang up. I've been asking her manager's/ boss number but she's too scared to give it to me. I request all the people to reconsider seeking service from this place & report this. P.S - I have sought the same service elsewhere and received my passport seamlessly within 3 days through SMOTPRO in BANDRA.
