Good staff, but biometric machines need replacement or repair. It took 20 mins to do 2 mins work. Appreciate the patience of Staff who have to handle multiple people everyday and deal with such malfunction.

Very helpful staff who guided me through the process of enrolling at the center. There were some challenges with the system but they navigated it well. Rupesh was the official who led me through it. Much obliged! Thanks :-)

I went to 3 times with my mother but unable to make new adhar card very difficult due to staff changed n they dont care even on senior citizens also so pls try to care on senior public atleast its request,,still incomplet documents very bad

We had been to aadhar center at mankapur where Mr Ishan helped us he was very expert in handling NRI aadhar software he has provided excellent service irrespective of server issues he had sussefully submitted our application many thanks to all the team members and manager of this center. Great experience.

This is the centre for fresh or renewal of Passport and AADHAR card. It is Located behind Koradi road in Mankapur area. Little in congested area so problem for parking. Have First and second floor for passport office.

Nice and easy process. The place is managed by TCS I guess. Employees are calm and friendly.

The worst I can say for this branch time wasting place from how many days i am trying to change the address first the staff say that is wrong and there another day there sign issue and another day there is Name issue like seriously I am other day for wasting my time by daily going there they are not helpful anyway

Would like to say that the staff are quick while following the procedure, tokens and all but are hindered by the system being slow. While we were there, the system went down for 1 hour and after coming back up, there was chaos. Lines are (sometimes) not maintained on the outside window, if you try to tell people to get in line they bark/shout at you. Suggestion: Go during non peak hours. First collect token (per Aadhaar card) from outside window, fill the form, then they allow you to go inside.
