They are even slower than SBI. They don't care about your time. If you have self respect, please don't visit here. They just take money and fill your form with wrong details and you never get your work done. When I was entering their office, I saw an old man crying because he could not get his pension money because of a mistake in his name. He told me that he had submitted the aadhar update application about an year ago and the staff here was not even providing him with sufficient details. Even my PAN application has still not showing in government's database after 5-6 months. Very bad experience.

very poor service here i ever seen with people.way of dealing with old people is much rude moreover many of guys waiting for their system turned on even after 2.5 hour of opening. suggestions:- they should hire more staff with good service skills.
