1.It's a good PSK center. 2.The parking area is small. 3.For new issue passport/renewal it has A -- B--C Process. 4.You will get water inside office but no water arrangement for the applicant's family or guardian if they are seated outside the area. 5.Left side Xerox shop is very costly. 6.Outside premises need to be clean.

As passport service comes under Ministry of External Affairs still the service they provide is totally unsatisfactory. No proper seating arrangements for relatives who are waiting outside for hours. No parking space alway there is a traffic jam in front of office. Damaged chairs are unattended outside main door. Long queues for people. Even they are not providing drinking water for free. If this kind of service is being provide at the amount and Tax we pay is questionable. Request to please address on this Points.

Rude, Useless and grossly incompetent staff. Visited on March 17, 2025 for my daughter's Passport Tatkal Renewal. Waited the whole day and at 4.30 pm the staff told us that server was done and nothing could be done. My kid has to take a leave from school. Both my wife and myself had to keep our clinic close the whole day. But we thought that can happen once in a while. We went back and rescheduled on 1st April since we had to travel in the 19th. They told us that the second time everyone would be fast tracked and will be sorted quickly. I am back now again after curtailing my Eid vacation and again I am being told to wait in line for the tokens. Yet again the servers are working 'slowly' as per the staff. There are people who travel from far off place to get to PSK, yet the staff and the company that manages (TCS) this gives no regard to people time and effort. There are elderly people, pregnant women, women with infants who are being made to wait the whole day before just sending them back. There is no accountability and the staff appears least bothered to update the people waiting. Needs improvement ASAP.

No proper facilities in waiting area for the applicants family member. Asking E-adhar card copy colour in photo paper even after having Aadhar card at the PSK center making people waste their time and money. They are having lunch time on the same oppointment time waiting applicant and family for 1 hr. PSK is not allowing inside for toilet purposes too for applicant's family member. For everything they are telling it's not government, it's contract basis. Nagpur is second capital of Maharashtra. I didn't expect such casual things.

No car parking No Banners for requirements of documents No banners for renewal process. Working speed of 1st two stages is good 3rd satge is very slow. Nearby area is very filthy can be in a better place which is in main road. Google map guided properly though.

PSK (Passport Seva Kendra) Nagpur is located in the building where some other Govt offices also located. Which makes it congested. Aadhar Update Center is also there which is full of rush all the time. People and staff in the PSK doesn't seem to be cooperative and friendly. They stick to the so called "rules" so rigidly that they don't even accept some easily identifiable xerox copies. Designated Parking is not available for Car . However for 2 wheelers there is a place. Caution : Park your car only at paid parking lot. Government's Extreme Fast Department.. Great RTO teams roam around continuously for there prey. So beware. Display of the tokens are little bit laggy and may create confusion.

So much rush in passport seva kender , No parking facility I got an appointment at 1 pm but I submitted file they told me to wait , I wait till 3 pm my work is not done yet no mic system , the office management shouting the token number , sitting chairs available but so much people they allowing so people are standing ,needs to work of circuclum.

*Well connected to road *Exact address *Not seen Evelvator. *Ample parking area for 2 Wheeler and 4 Wheels *Road touch Office *As you enter ther big space for waiting *Security check your application appointment time and date to give entry *ladies jents Que are separate *After entering TCS check documents and xerox their are 2 xerox center one is inside * TCS send your application with you on 1st floor for verification * their are desk and Counter to proceed Like APO cabin, A, B, C and towards Exit . Also adhar Upadation is available
