Aadhaar enrollment center

Basically it not more than a "CHAI KI TAPARI" ....Only two small tables and office is over. As usual.. Government Office = No any system, No arrangements. Lazy work. For Aadhaar Enrolment, people have to visit twice this is ridiculous, totally against government policy, as it is Suvidha Kendra for Citizens. There is no any sitting arrangements for people who are on waiting. Unfortunately don't know why people have to wait in standing queue, when already coupons have been given. Also amazing in one day they can only attend 30 enrollment ..... Amazing working speed. I guess there should be atleast seating arrangements in the plan of the office as it's built newly... don't know who idiots planned and started this office...

Place is so much crowded staff is nice but management is very bad cant handle people. Should have proper token system and if urgent then they should provide regular paas to them. Time management is very bad here.

This is not Aadhar centre. No work of Aadhar is done hear. Its waste of time. I am still searching for enrolment centre. You have to make it through private vendors only.

worst public utility office I have ever seen, not at all customer friendly. Is is better to approach a private agent rather than taking the trouble of interacting with them

Not guiding proper for online appointment,post appointment thet are doing the things propper. They consider when you get token from outside E-seva shop, asking to pay 200 for that.

Good but required improvement, Time taking for process is to much.Looking population of nalasopara staff should be double.

Very helpful person and very soft spoken. Work done quickly and got my pan card already.
