This place was amazing. As someone with limited time, this office was able to take care of my entire family's errands with efficiency and patience. This one of the few government offices I have been to that are spacious, clean, cool, managed well and quick. I had spent the previous day going to three different offices to create an new aadhar card, and none were able to do anything for me and here I was able to take care of every person's in my family. I was in and out in an hour.

I had a very good experience in this centre. All the staff was very supportive. As soon as the manager spotted us with a little baby he quickly helped and guided us throughout the process. The entire process was very quick and smooth. Thanks to all staff & manager.

The staff is not giving true information. I am going to the centre from last 1.5 years they are not solving my problem. As per the official site of adhar we can do correction in name with the help of many documents but the centre workers only want PAN Card or voting id for correction. If my adhar card name is not correct how I am suppose to apply for my PAN Card? They are not giving me solution . Very poor service

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by the Aadhaar Kendra located at Janki Plaza, Near Dwarka, General Vaidya Nagar, Nashik, Maharashtra. Despite visiting the kendra multiple times in 2023 and 2024 to update my Aadhaar details, I experienced extremely poor service. The staff were uncooperative, and the process was unnecessarily delayed. Furthermore, the operator made errors in updating my information, despite me providing all necessary documents. I request that you take immediate action to: 1. Correct the errors in my Aadhaar details. 2. Provide a refund for the unnecessary charges I incurred. 3. Take disciplinary action against the kendra for their subpar service. I hope that you will look into this matter urgently and take necessary steps to improve the service at this kendra.

It is an Government Authorised Aadhar Card Centre. Staff here is quite Cooperative. Usually there's only a waiting period of approximately 10 minutes. Carry your original documents. Centre timings are 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily. Their Lunch time is 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. This centre is also open on Sunday according to the notice made available there.

staff is no manners how to talk, Important thing that they intentionally asking for Updating parents aadhar, while new child enrollment, for there financial benifits. we don't have extra money for them and time to argue with them. This is pathhytic.
