Quick and good service, went there for aadhar mobile number update

Poorly managed Aadhar Enrollment Center. Long waiting time. I had to wait for 3 hours even after taking appointment 7 days in advance. Neither there is availability of seating facility nor Fans. People have to stand on Staircase waiting for their name to be called upon. I had visited there with my 1 year old kid and wife. My kid was irritated waiting for long as he was already suffering from Cold. There were many other people with their small kids standing there facing inconvenience. They give appointment to many people which they failed to managed the work. You should give appointment to only handful of which you think you can manage properly. Wasting of valueable time, efforts and energy of people waiting there is very bad. Concern authority should take note of these problems and improve your services. When you are providing public services then make sure you do at your best else you will surely fail. Hope you will take note of it and do improvement.

The building name is krishna tower and near terna orchid Koparkhairne sector 1 and there is a Adhaar enrollment update centre of the first floor of the building and Bank also bank name is Indian bank.

Pathetic services, very rude with the client, waiting since morning 11 to 3.30,ask to come at1.30,as usual lunch time,again 3.00 pm orderering for strong coffee among them,chit chat on phone calls, please appoint some sincere & hardworking staff, who is really in need of job, please look into the matter seriously & do the needful.
