I had a great experience at the Aadhaar card office located above Vashi railway station in Navi Mumbai. Before visiting, I registered for an online appointment, which is highly recommended for quick access. With the pre-booking, I got my token immediately upon arrival, and the process started smoothly without any delays. The staff was efficient and professional. They took my details and conducted the necessary eye scanning. The form submission was seamless, with no system errors. Impressively, my Aadhaar details were updated, and I received a confirmation message within just 30 minutes! Today, I visited to update my mobile number and email address linked to my Aadhaar card. The entire process was hassle-free, and I appreciate how organized and systematic this office is. Highly recommend this center for Aadhaar updates--just make sure to book your appointment online for a smoother experience. I've also attached some pictures for reference!

Open 7 days a week. Systematic work is done here. Line starts on the ground floor near entrance of tower 4 and lift area. Wait time is almost around 20-25 minutes if there are people ahead of you else you can directly go to first floor and enter the line. If you have online booking there's separate line for theme, which is comparatively faster. First your request will be asked and you details will be taken to check if feasible with all the provided documents. Post that payment needs to be done. Then you'll be called to another counter for final biometrics and application submission. Post submission your application can be reviewed and accepted or rejected within 7-45 days.

Server not working so booking online appointment was pointless. Still had to pay offline. And although they said they rescheduled the online appointment to next day and that I can cancel it and get refund, that didn't work. The website kept giving errors. It took the money so smoothly but stopped functioning when user tried to get refund. Queue situation is that of a ticket counter that has just opened and a hundred people want 10 tickets. Almost a fish market. I sympathise with the guards of that tower,because compared to other towers,the rush to enter this one is huge and they're dealing with rowdy anxious crowds. Finally,the Kendra itself is fine. Online appointments can actually skip the queue and just go to counter 1,but I only was told that when my turn came and I went to one of the other counters. Atleast the work somehow got done. And there was drinking water and the AC worked.

I will give 2 stars for this. My experience at the Aadhaar center has been very bad. I have come here 3 times. Every time my entire family needs to update their Aadhaar, the server is down and the people standing outside the Aadhaar center for token numbers have to stand for hours. There is no facility available for them to sit.

I went on Wednesday 3pm first but due to no electricity i had to go back ,then went on Thursday again 9 am completed with biometric update within 20 minutes.. with prior online appointment.. But could not update address as my biometric update was mandatory * so if your biometric update appears mandatory u can't update address at the same time... U have to apply for address again ...otherwise the process is smooth with online appointment... Thank you. Do book an online appointment

It's an worse centre , I had ever seen. Even after privatisation , we have to waste 3 to 4 hours. We can see people struggling to enter the premises with a big queue without any water facilities. Also online appointment QR code is displayed on first floor instead of ground floor. There is no one to solve the queries of struggling people on ground floor.

I was super impressed by the full aadhar office system. I had a mobile number update required. I went on Sunday around 12 and got my work done by 12.10 already. If u are coming but car or bike you cannot park on road but u hv parking area just near the main entrance. They take 20rs for bikes and 40 for car for 4 hours. The tower 4 is just near the main entrance, you have a reception area below and the office is in 1st floor. You have to take a token then they will cLl out token to understand what is the change Required, then go to cash counter pay the amount and wait for another call to get the actual update done. I think u hv to carry cash here. The office is open mon to Sunday 9.30 am to 5.30am and 1-2 is lunch break

Extremely disappointing experience! The facility was poorly managed, with excessively long queues and waiting times (over 2 hours!). There was no clear distinction between online and offline processes regarding appointment leading to confusion. To make matters worse, employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. Updates were painfully slow, and the overall pace of work was sluggish. I visited yesterday to update our biometric data and photo, but the experience was marred by inefficiency and disorganization. Significant improvements are needed to make this facility more customer-friendly.
