Aadhar Maha e Seva Kendra / Aaple Sarkar CSC Center

Do not visit this kendra. They only upload your documents and do nothing else..and will charge you heavy amount for just uploading the docs..It's better to visit Thane tehsildar office..They charge minimal amount and will do the work swiftly

This center does nothing other than uploading data to Maha E seva website and charge you 20times the online application fee. I waiting for 3 months to get certificate. It is better to apply yourself with the help of youtube and save money.

Went today at 11 am with appointment. From uidai.The lady brushed aside our application and rudely said Vashi st ja!It seem centre not working for past few months and why has she not informed uidai or put a board outside .No apology rude behaviour, why is she sitting there if centre not functioning?? She is idling and giving rude answers.Had she informed nmmc ,they would not give appointment.Nmmc take.action immediately.

Writing a fact story Such a poor lazy staff not at all serious about their job .aswell as very rude staff making excuses about health issues,server down ,etc...... Personally my overall experience was very bad I travelled so long but didn't get any results because the lady staff over there used to send me back everytime finally decided to not continue my any documentation work over here.Not at all recommended from my personal experience.

I got my son's PAN and Domicile made here. The entire experience was fantastic. The process was smooth. The staff knows all the intricacies and are helpful. Will recommend them for everyone

Worst customer service experience I have experienced ever. The lady doesn't know how to talk to another person. Very rude behaviour towrds customers. I was just enquiring for updating mobile number in aadhar card and the lady started talking in very rude tone. I will suggest don't ever go to this place for any aadhar related work. Also please update the operational timings of aadhar service. I traveled from Seawoods to your centre based upon timings provided by you on google.

A very nice place to be in. People are very very coop. I had applied for change of address at some agency at Thane. I accidentally had been there. I was respectfully treated and helped. God bless Ms Sheetal who looked into my matter.

Dont bother about coming here for aadhar work. Staff mentioned about not being able to process requests as "systems are updating" Had to leave as there was nothing they could do. Don't waste your time and money by coming here.
