I am writing a complaint regarding the Aadhaar center located at panvel Fadke road near vasudev fadke natyagruha for unethical practices. During my recent visit on 24 jun 2024 I was charged extra money without any valid reason for update photo in adhar, This action is unacceptable and violates the principles of fair service. I request an investigation into this matter and appropriate action against the Aadhaar center personnel involved.

Service provided here is very slow and all the systems use by them are very old and staff too is very old who is not able to perform there task properly like 10-15 mins work takes more than half n hr time to complete one task. I am standing in queue from 12pm now it's 3:30 still my no. hasn't yet come.
