Extremely Disappointing Experience at UTIITSL Belapur Office Visited the UTIITSL service center in Belapur and was shocked at the level of arrogance and misbehavior by the lady sitting at Counter No. 7. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional -- a textbook example of the worst kind of 'babu attitude' that continues to plague public-facing offices in India. If the person is uninterested in working or dealing with citizens, she has no business being at the counter. Such behavior reflects very poorly on the organization and its commitment to public service. There are plenty of more efficient, respectful, and qualified individuals who would value this position and treat people with the basic courtesy they deserve. I strongly urge UTIITSL to take immediate action, retrain or replace such staff, and raise the standard of public service. The closing time of the office given online says 6 pm from Monday to Friday. But upon following this schedule, and visiting the office with my mom who is sick, the office has closed at 4 for the public. Wish these details can be changed so others like me don't face these issues

It's open for public till 4 pm only. Don't be misled while on net it shows 6.01 pm. We wasted our time reaching at 4.10 pm

Centre to update your Aadhar and PAN card details. Has a systematic approach to allow people inside. Opens at 9.30 AM but people line up from 8 in the morning to get things done early. They provide a token at the entrance of the building along with the relevant form. There are chairs available outside the office to wait and are also place at ample distance from each other which is good for safety in this COVID times. There are 3 counters that update the info as per our requirement but the movement is pretty slow due to their slow processing. The scanning takes around 3-4 minutes each that needs to be uploaded which is one of the major delay step. We went at 8.45AM to get Aadhar updated and were done at around 11.30 AM and our token number was 26. The place is well maintained and the staff guides well.

Today, on March 28th, 2024, I visited this place to update my PAN CARD details. Here's a rundown of my experience: Firstly, there's convenient Pay and Park parking right outside the premises, costing only Rs. 10 for an hour. If you happen to forget any document copies, don't worry; there are shops within walking distance where you can get them done. For those who haven't filled out the online form, forms are readily available. It's essential to note that only cash payments are accepted here. Surprisingly, despite being an IT department employee, they do not accept UPI, card, or any online payment mode. In my case, I paid Rs. 107 for both a physical PAN card and an E-Card. However, if you only require the E-Card, the cost is Rs. 72. Remember to bring two passport-size photographs (with a non-black background), photocopies of your Aadhar, PAN card and a blue pen. Despite the presence of a queue, the service is efficient, and it moves swiftly. Overall, a smooth experience with just a few minor quirks to keep in mind.
