Mr. Rudra is most genuine and professional person and provides very good service.

Came to this based on great reviews and now my aadhaar update is stuck with ZERO replies from this company/person. Tried calling and messaging him for updates on whatsapp but to no avail. Asked for refund and no reply. Please try other options. He charges nothing less and service is bad, try other service or do it yourself.

Once the payment is done, Rudra (contact person) stops reply to calls and messages and then there is no support. I had to make passport and applying for passport needs lot of documentation and assistance but he never gave that assistance despite several follow up with him. At last I had to do it on my own and I had the worst experience in passport office because of him.

Very quick service! wanted to Upadte my Aadhar card address, I didn't even had to go there and share my documents..Everything was done over the phone and it was very quick and easy.
