Initial form checking area/desk to be worked properly, so that people will not spend much time in processing desk, this will get maximum people can be benefited for a day. Currently, per customer takes more than 10 to 15 minutes SO TIME 25 minutes too for one aadhaar card update process, this TAT to be reduced, so that people will wait more time here, Also appointment time basis things not working in this office. So service to be improved further.

Costomer service very poor, since 10 days I am doing follow up for my Pan card, costomer service giving me wrong format for request , 2 time's they change there statement, now I am suffering because of my pan card lots of work pending, please take necessary action.

Worst service from the staff working here, please increase the payment of the staffs here so that they won't remove their frustration on us, don't have sense even to speak with senior citizen, for what purpose they are taking salary don't know Cheap class service

Visit there for Aadhaar card update, visit before 9 am morning, only limited token and forms they will provide, no hand sanitizer and no social distancing, for form filling no charge, however as per category of update or change you need to pay the amount, they also provide some special services to known person without que, didn't understand why such kind of special service to anyone.

It's an adhar update centre and on weekdays 120-130 tokens and on Saturday only 40 tokens available. Que to get tokens usually start at 8am and center is operational during 9am to 4pm. Typical government office, so don't expect all will go easily. Need to ask for each and every piece of information. Better to visit Tower 4 in vashi raily station premises, where ample of counters are available with less rush.

Very poor management. I went for pan card update and my experience was pathetic. First the guard directed me in wrong direction, eventually another guard told me where the window is. Fyi. It's behind the building and not inside it. I was standing in line for half an hr only to know at counter that *people who do online procedure do not have to stand in line.* Nobody will tell you that until asked, again for which you wont find the right person . Some board with that notice would've helped!

Extremely bad experience of AADHAR center UTI cbd belapur.. Staff made their own Rules which is bogus. No shade for people. Unnecessary documents requirement.
