Third class and hopeless Aadhaar centre. People here are hopeless and non cooperative. They don't value people could come far away and needs to give proper service. Don't go her...never...visiting here last two weeks for Aadhaar update every time reason is server down. And it is false reason. Issue is Something else they keep giving same reason. Our country and government offices will never improve.

Sharing my experience during my visit for a marriage registration certificate. The staff is helpful most of the time. These are the documents required: (One of bride/groom should be Pune/PCMC Resident) 1. Address, identity and birth proof for bride 2. Address, identity and birth proof for groom 3. Address and identity proof for all 3 witnesses. (At least one of the witnesses should be blood relative) 4. Marriage photograph 5. Wedding invitation card original. 6. Passport photos of all. For the bride, passport photo should show mangalsutra if hindu. Take the filled form with all signatures and get it verified (only on Tuesday / Friday). For form verification, any one of witnesses, bride or groom can go. After verification of form, they give an appointment of later date with a token number. A day before your scheduled timeslot, you will receive a call from their office. If you don't receive a call, you won't be able to complete the process even if you go there. I have scheduled my appointment on 28th June during online booking but due to unavailability of the officer, I was asked to visit on the next available date (3rd Jul). On the scheduled appointment day, carry all the documents (original and attested copies). However, things went smoothly on the appointment day. They took our photo and fingerprint and in some time, we got the registration certificate by 3pm.

PCMC staff is not well every time ignore and do not co operative. I have already applied for pmvy my apply 2023 but pmvy scheme not approved yet time pimple nilakh arogya rugnlay

Aadhar card- Worst experience I have ever had. They don't have any information with them. The girls are just sitting idle, chit chatting and keep scrolling on phone. Their attitude was very furious and non cooperative. They came late, gave false info and they're just giving any reason not to do the work. I know nothing is going to change at their level after this review. I don't know about other aadhar centres but I will recommend not to go to this center for aadhar related issues.

The worst experience i have ever had. The two girls working there don't give you proper guidance. All they do is scream at you. Don't clear your doubts. And if any problem occurs blame it on you. They shouldn't even be working there. They should legit be fired. Pls pls pls don't visit this place. Go to another aadhar center instead.

Govt. Employees in the Marriage certificate section are just torturing common citizens. Will all documentation in place they are asking for additional proofs. Question to Govt.: Would Aadhar card for address proof and Passport for age proof not work? Govt employee response: We need to attach and show 10th class marks card for age proof and then also provide original electrical bill. Question to Govt.: What if I have opted for go green initiative and don't have the original. Would print out not work? Govt employee response: they need original electrical bill. If these comments are being read please take some action. I had to pay 10K to an agent to bribe these officials, still my work is not done. There was another couple (Senior citizen 60+) who were being troubled from 2 months just to get a marriage certificate.

Its been so many years Aadhar is institutionalized but the execution on ground is just pathetic. The people here at D-Prabhag aadhar dont want to work and zero customer experience. The mandatory documents are not clearly called out. No information is provided in one go. Every time they come up with a new excuse to not process the documents. I am not sure how other Aadhar centers are but this one is just pathetic.

They dont entertain customers. They are busy with kitty party discussions... I have submitted all the documents are bill correction. Even after 1 month they say, it will get updated in next 2-3 days
